The Beez Kneez Founder and Head Trainer. Pre and Post Natal Strength and Conditioning Coach - Speaker – Writer – Entrepreneur - Consultant

"I was so bored of working in the advertising industry and feeling 'chained' to a desk. So, I moved into radio presenting but found there were periods without work and the hours were not suited to seeing my husband!

Having been keen on fitness, setting up the Beez Kneez was one of the best things I have ever done. I love working with pregnant ladies and mums! It is so satsifying and fun By training groups of mums to be and mums with their babies I help mums get back into their pre-pregnancy clothes again, get stronger and more confident each day AND I see great friendships grow from my sessions.

I divide my time between BBC and LBC Radio guest contributing work, fitness consultancy for Mothercare,  the Beez Kneez and my son, Luca.  With a over 6 years of experience in pre and post natal fitness I also have first hand experience of pregnancy and childbirth! (Luca was 9lb 4 oz when he was born, but that's another story!).

Group training is my passsion - 'Beez Kneez Bumps' and 'Beez Kneez Mamas' are now THE renowned prenatal and postnatal fitness courses in West London and we are expanding Beez Kneez across West London in 2010, watch this space".

Nominated for West london's 'Pride of People' award in 2006.

"I have been teaching ballroom and latin dancing at different levels in various institutions in Mayfair, Kensington, Canary Wharf, Nottinghill, Richmond, Sidcup, Bexley and Wanstead.
I teach and prepare wedding couples for their “first dance” at weddings. My other dance experience includes organising and performing at the February Fantasy Ball 2008 at the Royal Overseas League in Mayfair,  and  performing and teaching  in Spain in May-June and October 2009.

I have a holistic approach to dancing. I wish to provide my students/clients an all-round experience of dancing.
