Where is Richmond Dance?
When you look at the Richmond train / tube station, you can see Richmond Dance and the Richmond Academy of Martial Arts is on the left hand side of the station building itself, right in front of the bus stops. You can find our full address on the contact page.
Can you pay as you go for all classes and how much do they cost?
After popular demand, Richmond Dance are finally introducing a Pay - As -You- Go scheme for all of our classes for those who cannot commit to full membership. Classes cost £8 on the door. PAYG members cannot always be guaranteed a space, so please ensure you book your class in advance to book your space.
What is Richmond Dance membership?
If you wish to attend our classes regularly, we offer discounts and more competitive rates with our membership options.
How do I join?
We suggest you book in for a drop-in session and try our classes out. If you have enjoyed yourself, you can speak to one of our instructors after the class for further information, and if you wish to join they can sign you up for membership or you can buy a 20 Class Pass on the premise.
How many classes can I attend as a full member?
You can attend as many classes per week as you wish, as frequently as you like - and you can bring a friend for free at the Latin Dance Class too!

How much is membership?
We offer a selection of membership options and special deals every month - so please speak to one of our instructors after attending your first class, to find out what is currently available.
As a general guideline, the cost of a class averages out at £3 - £4 per class (based on a 2 - 3 hour per week attendance)
What methods of payment do you accept?
At present, we only accept cash, cheques, standing orders or online payments.
Am I too young / too old to attend?
People of all ages attend our adult classes, mostly between the ages of 13-40.
What levels are the dance classes?
The level of the classes are at about beginner / intermediate level, but friday's classes also cater for advanced levels.
Do we work on one routine throughout the year?
Most classes are planned on a 3 week rota, so you are welcome to join in at any point during the year, but be aware that the class might have just started on are finishing learning a routine. For bellydance there is a 6 week course structure, and you are advised to join in the first 2 weeks of the rota.
Are there any exams that we can take?
At present, we do not offer this option, however you may asked to join our performance and competition groups.
